1958 Zashi 0 Set

    Description:  This set came in the January 1959 issue of the Omoshiro Book(magazine).  The cards were issued in two, 16 card sheets for a total of 32 cards and were bound into the back of the book.  16 of the cards are of baseball players and 16 are of sumo wrestlers. These are hard to find and really hard to find in good condition.

   Front Design:  A portrait shot of the rikishi against a solid color background.  Yokozuna have a green background, Ozeki have a red background, Komusubi have blue and Maegashira have yellow.  Rank and shikona is in the lower left corner.  In the upper left corner is a sumo related picture.

   Back Design:  A zig-zag pattern or wallpaper pattern on the back.
