Description: This is the last of the famous die-cut rikishi sets. This set was produced by the less known Hoshi Gangu Company. Production quality on these is very low and resulted in darkened or reddened images on front of the menko, off-centered cuts and paper separation along the edges. However, this set has some nice menko of Ozekis Kashiwado and Taiho who would soon become Yokozuna. These menko came on large boards set up much like a banzuke. See picture. Each menko back was printed in either green or brown ink and each rikishi only had one color associated with him.
